Essentrics - Body Sense (Spring Pop-Up):

These unique sessions focus on enhancing body awareness and movement through gentle yet effective exercises designed to enrich proprioception.

I believe that we need to move in as many ways as possible so I cycle through several routines in class. Routines change every four weeks to allow those only attending once a week to feel more comfortable with the movements.

40-Minute classes are all-standing // These classes will focus on ‘Aging Backward’ material.

60-minute classes start Standing and then either move to the Floor or the Barre (chair) Workouts focusing on routines for about four weeks. The routines can range from ‘Aging Backward’ to Intermediate.

Certified ESSENTRICS Level 4 Instructor

As a former professional modern dancer, moving has always given me life. I became involved in the fitness industry decades ago to help people find their movement, their way to "dance," as I believe we are all dancers; it is just a primal force within us. The way I approach ESSENTRICS is that it's not just about fitness; it's about finding joy in movement and embracing the dancer within you.
