Routines rotate every four weeks to support learning, comfort, and variety. Classes begin standing and transition to floor or barre work, with levels ranging from Aging Backwards to Intermediate.

Movement has always been my language—where I return to clarity, strength, and joy. My years as a modern dancer taught me that everyone has a natural way of moving, a quiet dancer living inside them.
As a certified Level 4+ ESSENTRICS® Instructor, I bring depth and experience, but my classes are never intimidating. Level 4+ simply means I know how to meet you where you are. No background needed—just a willingness to move.
ESSENTRICS® offers a gentle, intelligent path back to ease. My teaching is grounded and supportive, inviting you to feel at home in your body.
